Regional Project Impact Review and Technical Assistance

Large scale regional development projects can impact a community's transportation, water and sewer systems, solid waste facilities, schools, housing availability, air and water quality, and recreation facilities. Information and analysis of these impacts are important to local governments in determining local area costs and public facility needs. The Council provides, through its regional impact review process and related technical assistance, a means for local governments to ascertain this needed information.
