In-Home Services

GNRC helps to promote, screen, and coordinate a variety of home and community-based services on behalf of state and federal funding programs. These programs are intended to empower seniors, disabled adults and other targeted populations to remain independent in their home and/or community for as long as possible. The programs focus on connecting applicants to agencies that provide transportation, meal preparation, housework, managing medication, and other necessary life-sustaining support services.
