About the Webinar

This September 2021 webinar brought together capital planning experts and local practitioners to discuss best practices, tools, and tips for developing and implementing capital plans.  The webinar provided an opportunity to share insight into what a capital improvement plan is, the necessary components of the plan, and how to engage stakeholders and the public in the process.
