The Regional Environmental Roundtable convenes local experts, practitioners, and advocates from non-profit organizations and State and federal public agencies to collaborate on issues and challenges related to the environmental quality of Middle Tennessee. The group was established by GNRC in 2020 to assist in a major update to the regional transportation plan and to help establish the Council’s first regional strategy for the preservation and conservation of natural and socio-cultural resources.
