November meeting agenda includes a discussion of the EPA’s Carbon Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) Program.  

GNRC is leading the region’s MSA CPRG efforts to address carbon and other greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across the region. The program requires the delivery of a Regional GHG Inventory, Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP), Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (PCAP), and Implementation Status Report over the next four years. The PCAP is due on March 1, 2024 and projects identified in the PCAP are eligible for implementation funds with the grant application closing on April 1, 2024.
