Smyrna Town Council approves zoning for $50 million apartment complex

The Smyrna Town Council approved a proposed 308 apartment complex in the town's historic area of South Lowry Street. The development will attract people to living in downtown in the historic downtown, the Mayor Mary Esther Reed said.
